Please note that all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences. Each product is sold as-is, and details (including condition, measurements, and brand authenticity) are clearly stated on every product page.
We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, with tags still attached.
To request a return, customers must contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Proof of issue (such as clear photos or videos) must be provided. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, major defect). Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Please be aware that pre-order items are non-refundable, unless the item is unavailable or cancelled by our side. Delays caused by customs or courier services are beyond our control and are not grounds for refund.
